Features:

EPE NPE Foam Sheet Extruder or you may call PE Foam Extrusion Line or PE Foam Machine is to extrude EPE (NPE) foam and profile in roll. Optimal foaming quality at closed mini cell: 15.5 kg/m3. Lowest density: 14 kg/m3. Recycled LDPE resin if 100%, very good hardness, smooth and easy bonding.

Our machine's product is average 2 - 3 kg/cbm lighter than popular Chinese machines. Min. 14.0 kg/cbm. Max. 95 kg/cbm. * Direct injection of butane or LPG may be the foaming agent. Cost affordable single extruder type.
